dixie air horns? me and me mate fitted a set a dixie air horns to my v6 shogun. but the horns play slow. i wired direct from the batter live to a switch on the dash,fed the other wire off the switch to the horns air motor and earth is to the chassis of the truck. the air horn motor looks to be a sealed unit with no adjustment screw on it. they was a oil fill hole which i did top up. question is do i need the relay in line and if so will this make the horns run faster? or have i wired them wrong? they is a fuse fitted inline from the batter live the horns are wired as a secondary toy for when i am playing off road and only used when i start a course and if i finish a course lol. the truck is mk11 12 volt truck. the tubes are a bit long they was not enough with to horns so i had to add more but was the best way to fit
