How do I make a custom sound clip using a car horn?

So I have a honda civic and I want to attach a car horn on it with a custom sound bite (turbo sound). I want to be able to push a button in my car and the sound clip comes out of that horn. How do I go about doing this procedure?

1. You would need a sound recording chip like the ISD1000AP and a few other external components. It can record up to 20 seconds of audio. I have a diagram on how to make it work, just email or IM me for it - sparky3489@yahoo.com
