Why is my car horn and windshield washer fluid broke?

It's a 2005 Toyota Corolla S-edition, and I was in a deer accident about when it happened. Insurance obviously covered it all about a year ago now, and the horn and wiper fluid stopped working months later... I suspect fuse? Don't know where the fuses are located in the car either...?

1. it could be an electrical problem.. did they stop working at the same time? it could be a bad fuse or a bad relay...
