- A car horn has many frequencies so you really couldn't tell the exact movement. It would go down though becuase of the dopplar effect.
- look up the speed of sound at 0C and plug it into the following equation: doppler Δf = –v/λ = –vf/s v = velocity of source relative to listener λ = wavelength of source, relative to source f = frequency of source, relative to source s = 343 m/s = speed of sound .
