What would make my car's horn blow by itself and the ac compressor not work?

My car's horn started sounding on it's own for about 3 minutes long after it has been tooted. Also, my ac compressor suddenly stopped working.

1. Maybe demons? Take it to a garage, people on here can only guess without actually looking under the hood.
2. Your horn is actuated by a horn button. It completes the circut to the horn, so I would figure your horn button has a problem where it will not release the button to cut the circut. You need a new button. Your A/C compressor doesn't work because you need A/C freon. You can get a recharge kit to install 134-A freon at the local auto parts store for around forty bucks or so. It has easy to understand instructions and a CD inside the box to help you do it yourself.
3. two different problems most likely not related.. the horn deal is likely a problem under the pad on the wheel where spring tension has been lost allowing the contacts to stick together. the a/c may just have lost enough refridgerant to drop system pressure under minimum for compressor to turn on
