How to wire car horn to brake lights?

Okay, so my friend drives a 97? Chevorlet Blazer and I want to wire his horn to the brake lights, so whenever he hits the brakes the horn goes off. He will think its funny and wont mind, so dont worry about that. I just wanna know how to do this. Thanks alot! Can you explain exactly where all this is at? And what jumper calbes? Like the big ones you use to jump a car? I need more of an explanation. Thanks though!

  1. Have to run a jumper wire from the brake light switch to the horn.
  2. This is illegal, don't do it. You may catch him off guard and cause him to have a fatal accident. Bet you would feel pretty stupid if that happened.
  3. lol...yeah run a jumper wire from the brake light switch under the pedal, to the positive terminal on the horn. heres another good one, take a big long zip tie, long enough to hit stuff, and put it around his driveshaft. or hammer a big row of tire weights on his wheels.
  4. there is a little switch behind his brake pedal. You can find out which is the signal wire using a simple circuit tester.run a wire from this signal wire to the horn signal wire, which can also be found with the tester. USE EXTREME CAUTION TO NOT DISTURB ANY YELLOW WIRES.THE AIRBAG WILL GO OFF IF YOU SCREW THIS UP.
