What from the wiring harness on a 49cc mini chopper is needed to run bike?

I have a 49c.c. mini chopper that I am redoing and I want to know what from the wiring harness is needed to run the bike? I am not using any lights, horn, ignition, or anything else electronic and I was just wondering what is the least amount of wiring necessary. Could I start it and run it with just the spark plug wire and nothing else?
