What is the name of the green monster looks like Telly & has horns( think bike horns)?

From Sesame Street, lime green color, orange nose. blue hair

2. Google? Narf? Mel? Phoebe? There is also a monster names "Harry Monster"... : )
3. They were called honkers. There were a few of them (9, I think). Most of them didn't have individual names, but the one you're referring to did. He was Homer Honker. The other one that had a name was Henrietta Honker (pink fur, yellow nose, darker pink hair). Hope this helps!
