What is the best siren horn?

My uncle drives a classic bike and would like a siren horn. What is the best siren horn in the market? I've gone to different websites and most of them have weak reviews. Thanks!

3. I haven't ordered a horn from JC Whitney but I did order a trailer hitch from them that was fine. This is all the different types of horns and sirens they have, some with reviews.
