Air Horns

I have a 2004 polaris sportsman 500, last weekend we put a horn on it and the hot wire to the horn shorted out?

under the seat well since that happened the bike has lost power, now it spits and spudders when it is under a little bit of strain, like going up a hill or just when i give it a lot of gas to take off fast. i have looked for fuses and circuit breakers but can't find anything wrong can you help me?

1. eddie, I assume you took the horn wiring out and its not shorting anymore. If it were, or if your battery is real weak it could cause the sportsman to not fireunder load. Other then that, i think you need to make sure you didnt move a choke cable or anything else while you were working on the 4 wheeler, also check that seat isnt on spark plug wires etc.
